UE approved and racing silencers (silencers, cans, canisters, stubby, pipes, mufflers, slip-ons) for motorbikes 4 stroke engines (made by G&G Bike - Italy)

Excellent silencers, painstaking, light, durable, give very good performances. Sale price is considerably lower than current prices, but they are just as good as the best known brand names.

All kits are specifically made for different bike models and can be mounted using original supports. Necessary hardware for easy mounting (washers, bolts, nuts, springs, etc.) is included.

Racing silencers (or approved ones, but the db-killer removed) reach a maximum noise of 102 dB. The exhaust noise is really very pleasant.
Max noisiness of racing silencers is 102 dB.
Certificate of Approval to be attached to the logbook is supplied together with all silencers approved by UE regulations.

Inner part (dB killer) of all UE approved G&G Bike silencers can be pulled out for cleaning and regeneration. Removing the inner part (dB killer) you will get a racing silencer and increase performances, but compliance with UE approval will be compromised. You will be therefore obliged to use your bike on track only.

By using the UE approved silencers (approved version with silenced cap dB killer), you will not get any advantages as to power and torque compared with stock silencers, but only weight decrease and an absolute more racing sound.

G&G Bike silencers for 4 stroke motorbikes

Maximum power increase for racing silencers exceeds 5%, whereas power increase is about 1% for the approved ones. Power increase does not depend on the shape and material of the silencer.
Weight is also considerably favoured, specially in the racing versions.

Silencer ends and connections are made of stainless steel. External central pipe is made of titanium. This combination of materials ensures high lightness and overall excellent resistance.

G&G Bike silencers are developed and tested with standard carburetion. Performances can be further improved by using the Dynojet carburetion kit, or Dynojet Power Commander, or Eprom chip together with the corresponding K&N air filter.
