Clutch pumps for motorbikes (made by Brembo Racing - Italy)

The value of cylinder inner diameter on Brembo Racing clutches gives indication of their capacity. When choosing the clutch master cylinder you want to use, we recommend that its diameter be as closest as possible to that of the stock pump on your bike.
Further, the bigger is the value of inter-axis between lever fulcrum and lever support on the piston, the less will be the power set to the clutch hydraulic circuit, however the action will be more manageable. On the contrary, a lower value means more power but less manageability.

In order to work, under mentioned pumps have to be connected to an oil reservoir.
We advise to visit our various fittings page for the pipe connecting the reservoir to the clutch pump, for gaskets and bolts (our pumps have M10x1 mm pitch).
Our Ferodo clutch fluid is recommended for replacing the oil.

Radial jointed clutch pump 16RCS
Inter-axle can be selected at 16 or 18 mm by the red / green eccentric cam.
Cylinder inner diameter: 16 mm.
Inside pumping is the same used in MotoGP and SBK with reduced tolerance and the best smoothness. Pump body is aluminium moulded and CNC machined. Surface finishing by hard oxidization.
The lever is moulded and provided with a special joint that allows it to bend without breaking, to reduce risks of damages to the master cylinder body in case of impact.
Further, on the final part of the lever there’s a special cut that facilitates the braking in that point rather than near the master cylinder body, so that the master cylinder can still work and the race be finished.

Hoverhaul of single front pump
Full servicing inclusive of costs of spoiled parts to be replaced. Any parts missing at all will be added apart. Upon unquestionable decision of Brembo Racing it may happen that some master cylinders are judged not to be serviced anymore, in this case they will be returned completely disassembled. Parts to be serviced must be shipped to us at your charge and subject to agreement.
