1. Orders
 To order our products and add them to the shopping cart, visit our site and click the code number (those following the word Code or in the Code column) of the items you want to buy. You can get an estimate including costs and all will be very simple. You'll be guided step by step until your order is concluded.
For a quicker delivery by carrier, it is convenient that you mention a delivery place where someone is usually there to collect the goods.
There's no minimum purchasing limit.

2. Prices
All quoted prices and rates are in EUR (see Currency Converter).

Deliveries in Italy
20% VAT is always to be added to price of products and to shipping charges, both for privates customers and firms.

Shipment outside Italy however in the UE* Countries (including shipment to San Marino)
20% VAT is always to be added to any prices/rates, for private customers only.
On the contrary, VAT is not debited to firms with a regular VAT Number (not taxable ex art. 41 / not taxable ex art. 71 only in San Marino).

Shipment outside UE Countries* (including shipment to Vatican City)
VAT is not to be added to prices and costs to both privates and firms, according to article No 8 of VAT Regulations (article No 71, in Vatican City).
In those Countries, however, goods may be subject to taxation on arrival (usually Customs duties and VAT). We are not in a position to assess the amount of such charges, and you are requested to apply to the Customs in your country for further information. Any tax or duty shall be however at customer’s charge and will have to be paid to the carrier on delivery of goods.

In case of shipment to firms with a VAT Number in San Marino, 3 copies of the invoice will be shipped along with the parts. One of those copies must be absolutely returned to us by the receiver with the visa of the Customs of San Marino.

In case of shipment to firms or privates in the Vatican City, 6 copies of the invoice will be sent along with the goods. One of those copies must be absolutely returned to us by the receiver with the visa of Vatican authorities.

3. Deliveries
Goods are delivered during normal working hours. We can’t possibly arrange for deliveries to be made by appointment.
In case no one will be there to receive the goods, forwarding agent will leave a shipping notice by which the consignee can arrange for further delivery of the goods.

Goods addressed to Italy, Vatican City and Republic of San Marino are shipped by SDA Express Courier. Deliveries to the rest of the world are made by DHL Express Courier.

Shipping costs depend on the overall weight and volume of the goods. Filling up your order you will know exactly and before confirmation the amount you will pay for shipping costs.

On receiving the goods, always and carefully check integrity of packing, making sure it’s perfectly sealed by our RED Racing Parts adhesive tape.

4. Payment
Payment conditions are:
- cash on delivery (for deliveries in Italy, San Marino and Vatican City only). Only cash money accepted. EUR 6.00 additional costs by this way of payment.
- advanced bank transfer to Banca Popolare di Novara, Imperia Branch (P.zza Rossini, 2 - 18100 Imperia - Italy) - CIN Z ABI 05608 CAB 10500 account No. 7122 - (BIC / SWIFT NVRBIT2N520 - IBAN IT82 Z 05608 10500 0000 0000 7122 - account No. 7122). Payment is to be headed to RED Racing Parts - 18100 Imperia - Italy.
In case of Bank transfer coming from abroad, please pay the full amount due to us, free of any bank charges/expenses.
- advanced money transfer to our postal account No 43898154. Payment is to be headed to RED Racing Parts - 18100 Imperia - Italy.
- credit card; VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, CartaSi, postepay and EUROCARD are accepted.
- PayPal. You will get an e-mail from PayPal directly asking for payment authorization, with indication of delivery time.

*UE Countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principaute de Monaco, Romania, San Marino, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Other payment terms are not accepted.
It is our option to deliver ordered materials by more than one shipment, without extra charges and without notice.

  

5. Discount
Prices mentioned on our site are all discounted already.
We will give you a discount on the amount exceeding the invoicing (VAT / Taxes excluded), as in the list here below.

Even though you are not distributors, we suggest to gather a group of people and make orders always in the same name and address. You can then change the destination of the goods if necessary. You will this way reach a good billing in a short time and will benefit by our discounts.

6. Delivery time
Average delivery time from date of order is indicated on description page of each articles. Such delivery times are to be meant as an indication and are not binding for us.
We will not be responsible for delayed deliveries or misconsignment of the materials, due to causes of force majeure or unpredictable events and in those cases, we will have the option to cancel your order partially or entirely, suspend it or postpone its execution.

7. Guarantee
24 months guarantee on quality
All products are guaranteed 24 months from delivery date against materials or manufacturing defects (except second-hand products which are guaranteed 6 months). Any product that is found defective during the guarantee period will be repaired or replaced free of charges to the customer. Defects due to incorrect use or handling are not guaranteed and we will not take any responsibility for damages caused by such improper use.
We anyhow decline all responsibility as to consequences and damages deriving from the goods supplied leaving such a responsibility to the manufacturer.
It is essential to contact us to agree upon returning any products to us. Returned products will have to be suitably packed and a copy of our invoice and clear explanation of noticed defects must be enclosed.

10 days overlook period with guarantee of reimbursement
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 10 days from reception. We will credit paid amount, excluding shipping costs which will not be refunded.
We have to be informed of any product return so to agree form of crediting.
Products must be returned complete, in their original wrapping and with an adequate external packing. Shipping costs and means for returning products will be at customer's charges and care. Copy of relevant sale invoice must be enclosed in the parcel.

Any dispute that may arise with regard to the execution of an order will fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Imperia (Italy).

8. Privacy
Your personal data will be lawfully and correctly treated, and all necessary measures will be taken to guarantee your privacy. The data you put in the payment section (credit cards or similar) of our on-line order form are all protected and encrypted by SSL 128 bit security system, which makes them indecipherable.
All data are filed and protected in our computer at our premises in Imperia, only to the purpose of executing your orders. Your data will be only passed to those parties strictly connected to your orders execution (carrier, mail service, banks or similar).
You can contact us any time to check your data, change or cancel them.
